At My Childrens Boutique, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and hair accessories are final sale unless faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship to the Boutique

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
